Learn practical tools for exploring reducing and withdrawing from psychiatric medications, including lithium, antipsychotics, benzodiazepines, and SSRIs. Focus on minimizing risk and finding ways to live with madness and extreme states by navigating a labyrinth of support, wellness, dosage, and alternatives. A harm reduction approach is not pro- or anti- meds and supports each person's choice to find what works best for them. Medication harm reduction means a new vision of mutual aid, social change, and a transformed society.

This webinar will have simultaneous Spanish and ASL interpretation and live transcription.
